- 1999: Esaote Spa launches Ebit Sanità Spa
- 2001: Esaote invests in AETmed Spa
- 2001: First Ebit PACS installation
- 2003: Launched RISolution, first web-based Italian RIS
- 2004: AETmed incorporated as EBIT AET Spa
- 2006: EBIT AET wins largest RIS PACS contract in Italy (one of the biggest in Europe)
- 2007: EBIT AET incorporated in ESAOTE as EBIT AET Business Unit
- 2008: São Paulo (Brazil) CVIS PACS installation launches international markets expansion
