Esaote partners with Artemisia

For over 30 years, Artemisia has been active in Florence and the Metropolitan City, working to combat all forms of violence against women, children, and adolescents while promoting fundamental rights to freedom, safety, and integrity. Esaote supports professional training programs for three women who have been victims of violence, aiming to facilitate their reintegration into the workforce and foster their financial independence.

The collaboration also extends to the initiative “Change is Possible: TOGETHER”, an awareness project designed for lower secondary schools to prevent gender-based, peer, and domestic violence. Spanning three academic years (2025-2026-2027), the program seeks to encourage young students to develop equal relationships among peers and genders, fostering positive and respectful emotional connections.

This collaboration is part of Esaote’s corporate social responsibility journey. By joining the United Nations Global Compact in 2021 and signing the “Businesses for People and Society” Manifesto in 2024, Esaote has reinforced its dedication to advancing the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) from the 2030 Agenda. The company aligns its strategies with universal principles on human rights, labor, and environmental sustainability.

Supporting Artemisia’s initiatives is aimed at affirming the right of women victims of violence to re-enter the workforce while promoting a culture of gender equality, inclusivity, and respect for diversity. This commitment represents a tangible effort toward the comprehensive empowerment of individuals and the creation of a fairer and more supportive society.
