The Next Generation will be held in June 2024: the 51st SIRM National Congress, which will also coincide with the 1st joint Congress of the scientific societies of the radiological area, in the modern conference venue of Allianz MiCo.
From diagnostic to operational radiology, passing through artificial intelligence.
For the first time, three scientific societies in the radiological area have come together, representing radiologists, nuclear medicine doctors and radiotherapists respectively, to create the first joint national congress in the radiological area.
“The idea of bringing together the three scientific societies in the radiology area was a challenge and a need dictated by the transversality of the radiology discipline, increasingly central among the branches of medicine and at the heart of the diagnosis and patient care path. ” – explains Prof. Andrea Giovagnoni, President of the Italian Society of Medical and Interventional Radiology (SIRM).
The main theme of this event called The Next Generation is diagnostic and interventional radiology, in its very recent technological evolutions united by a common thread of artificial intelligence.
